I understand that dance training can place stress on the body and carry with it the risk of injury. I assume full responsibility for personal injury and agree that staibdance, Inc., Istituto Comprensivo Sorrento, Istituto Comprensivo Pulcarelli-Pastena, Liceo Scientifico G. Salvemini, or any related parties shall not be held liable in any way for injuries sustained during attendance in any staibdance summer intensive classes or activities.

I give staibdance the right and permission to use, reuse, publish, republish, post, and display any photographic pictures and/or video taken, or reproductions thereof, in any medium now or hereafter known, for any legitimate purpose whatsoever.
