Insurance, Liability, Photography & Videography waiver

Insurance & Liability waiver
I acknowledge that I am not covered under any health and liability insurance by staibdance. I acknowledge that staibdance strongly suggests I obtain my own health and liability insurance coverage at my own expense during the entirety of the staibdance summer intensive.

I agree that I will not hold staibdance, Hotel Montana, or any faculty or staff member liable for injuries sustained or illness contracted by me while a participant or guest of a participant in the staibdance summer intensive.

I further agree that I will not hold staibdance, Hotel Montana, or any faculty or staff member responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while in attendance at the staibdance summer intensive.

I finally agree that I shall not hold staibdance, Hotel Montana, or any faculty or staff member for any injuries sustained, illnesses contracted, or loss/damage of personal property sustained while voluntarily participating in group excursions during the staibdance summer intensive.

Photography & Videography waiver
I give staibdance the right and permission to copyright and/or use, reuse, publish, and republish any photographic pictures and/or video taken, or reproductions thereof, in any medium now or hereafter known, for any legitimate purposes whatsoever. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph and/or video in which my likeness appears, including written or electronic copy.
